★ Shipping:

 

Please allow extra time due to delays from COVID!

 

We will not be responsible for any packages lost or misplaced by courier services, as this is something we cannot control once it has been shipped out. We will not refund or reship products that have been lost.

 

We ship via the USPS. Please note that there are some places that do not allow international shipping. Please use the following link to check if your country does not allow any international shipping. https://about.usps.com/newsroom/service-alerts/international/welcome.htm.  Please check to make sure your country allows them before placing an order!

 

Packages are shipped from California, USA. USPS First class shipping will be used. All packages--asides from sticker only orders--will have a tracking number. Please note that some tracking numbers for international orders may be stopped once they have left the USA.

 

If there is a preorder item in your order, the shipment will wait until the preorder item is in stock.

 

★ Refunds, Returns and Exchange:

We do not offer any refunds, returns or exchange for products that have already been shipped out. All sales are final. If you have received the wrong order, please send an email to [email protected] so we can help. Please provide your name, order number and any pictures in the email. 

 

Preorders: 

Please note that when you are placing a preorder, you are ordering before we have the products in stock. Preorders will end a week after it comes out, and then the orders will be placed. Please only place if you are willing to wait. Orders can be cancelled anytime unless it has been shipped.
